Discrimination of any kind be it for caste, creed or colour can lead to poverty and can also become a hurdle in eliminating poverty. It influences the daily life of the people in areas like employment, income, financial opportunities, housing and educational opportunities and medical care. Even with the same level of education and years of experience, they are not provided with the employment opportunities they deserve. They have limited capacity to explore every perspective.
People experiencing more exposure to discrimination or any kind of unfair treatment also report more depression, anger, anxiety and lower levels of life satisfaction and happiness.
The European Union Confederation combines with others organizations to grow powerful and understanding challenges in order to remove the global boundaries leading to the discrimination of any kind.
